Project Description: 

Supply, installation and programming works for a number of systems on all floors of the hotel, which consists of 16 recurring floors, a service and maintenance floor, and three parking floors.

Engineering Works:

  • Design, supply and implementation of the lighting control system on all recurring floors (Lighting Control System).
  • Design, supply and programming of the medical and emergency call system in bathrooms for people with special needs (Nurse Call System).
  • Design, supply and programming of the Carbon Monoxide System (Carbon Monoxide System) to control the level of carbon and automobile exhausts on the refinery floors.
  • Maintaining, programming and operating the fire alarm system and connecting it with other systems on all floors (Fire Alarm System).
  • Installation and implementation of more than 14,500 points in the mechanical fire extinguishing system on a number of floors (Fire Fighting System).
  • Installation and implementation of more than 12,500 meters of gypsum board and wallpaper on a number of recurring floors.
