A cafe project inside Karam Mall on King Khaled Street in Al Majmaah City, with an area of 280 square meters. Modern interior decoration, Greek style.

Engineering Works:

  • Architectural job descriptions based on the Saudi Building Code (SBC), special requirements for cafés, and mall requirements.
  • Design of electrical and mechanical systems, the most important: (HVAC – Ventilation – Fire Fighting – Water Supply – Drainage – Power – Lighting)
  • Designing security and safety systems based on the most important requirements of civil defense (Fire Alarm – CCTV – Public Address)
