Integrated engineering design for a restaurant in Riyadh.

Project Description: 

A restaurant serving Turkish oriental meals in a modern way. Calm, golden touches were added, and comfortable, luxurious colors were used.

Design Works:

  • Rendring 3D views showing the materials used.
  • Architectural design and interior decoration works (Furniture , ceiling, and Tiles Layout – walls , seating areas, doors and windows details )
  • Electrical and Mechanical Systems Design work: (water supply (cold / hot / filtration/ soft ) – sewage – oil drainage for the kitchen – HVAC – LPG gas – firefighting network).
  • Security and Safety Design work: CCTV , Fire Alarm System .
  • BOQ Arabic and English.
